How to see your Tally on your mobile phone

TallyPrime runs on a Windows computer — Tally itself can't be installed on a phone. To see your Tally data on your phone, a small app on the Tally PC syncs your company, and an app on the phone shows the books.

Arya doesn't replace Tally — Tally stays your books and the source of truth. Arya is how you read them when you're away from the PC.
Is it safe, and does it change my books?
Syncing only reads Tally. The one exception is deliberate: if you fill in a voucher on your phone and choose to post it, Arya sends it to Tally. Each company gets its own isolated database, everything travels encrypted, and your books are held on AWS in Mumbai. The AI never sees your figures — it gets your question and a list of reports, and Arya's server computes the answer from your books.

Can I install Tally on my phone?
No. TallyPrime runs on Windows. To use your Tally data on a phone you need an app that syncs your company from the Tally PC — like Arya — or remote access to that PC.
Does my Tally PC need to stay on?
No. Arya works even when the Tally PC is switched off — your synced books are held securely in the cloud, so you can open Arya and ask anything from anywhere. The PC only needs to be on, with Tally running, when it syncs.
Which version of Tally does Arya work with?
Arya works with TallyPrime, read on the computer where Tally runs.
Will the numbers on my phone match Tally?
Yes — 100%. Every ledger, voucher, bill and stock figure matches TallyPrime for the same company and period, and so do the Trial Balance, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
Is there an Android or iPhone app?
